Micro Weddings

Are you interested in an intimate wedding or did the pandemic alter your plans? Let Events by Missy curate a Micro-Wedding that’s perfect for you! Whether it’s hosted at a private residence, restaurant or venue we will make sure it’s everything you want and more. We can plan this in a matter of weeks or over a longer period of time, whatever it takes.
Planning Services
  • Initial consultation to review your wedding style, the day’s events and all relevant items in between
  • Email and phone support during business hours
  • Use of online custom client management program
  • Locate venues who are operating safely under COVID19 standards Come to location to survey & suggest private residence options

  • Recommend wedding vendors
  • Create day-of itinerary to be reviewed and approved by client

 

 

Rehearsal
  • Provide direction of ceremony procession for the wedding party, parents, ushers, musicians, readers and officiant
  • Deliver guest welcome bags & weekend itinerary to local hotel
Day of Services
  • Complete wedding day coordination from set-up to break-down with at least 1 additional assistant on location
  • Deliver all wedding day items including readings, guestbook, programs, unity candle, flower-girl basket…etc.
  • Provide Emergency Kit
  • Organize bridal party flowers and pin corsages and boutonnieres
  • Coordinate wedding professionals and oversee the set-up and break down of the ceremony and reception
  • Work with the entertainment, photographer, videographer and other vendors throughout the reception to ensure a flawless day
  • Distribute any final vendor payments and gratuities
  • Gather personal items and hand off to designated individual
  • Above all … ensure the day runs smoothly!

Month of PLANNING

YOU DID IT!! You planned all of the details down to your last dance…now let Events by Missy step in and make sure your day is flawless! We come in about 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure you are on-track and ready to go.

This option is designed for couples who need some of the final details wrapped up. Melissa & her team can swoop in and do just that. Depending on your needs, we step in 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding. Customized to suit your unique needs; tasks included but are not limited to:
